Who are we?

Lauren

I graduated from URI in December with a degree in Journalism. I’ve been working at the Digital Writing and Research Studio since the fall of 2023 and look forward to continuing to learn, grow, and help others during the remainder of my time here. When I’m not in the studio, I like to paint, read, and freelance for online news publications.

Rylan

I’m a senior Business student. I love creating and exploring the world through music, art and design.

Alex

Hello my name is Alexander Kiriaki or Alex for short. I’m a senior studying film production and sports media. Outside of university, I like to hike, ski, travel, play sports, and take photos/videos. I always love to try new things and go on adventures.

Calder

I’m a Professional and Public Writing student studying technical writing. I love being creative and expressing myself through writing, photography, music, and doodling.

Where are we?

We are located in Roosevelt Hall, room 320.

Roosevelt Hall is also home to the Undergraduate Writing Center (Room 20). If your assignment/project contains only text (words on a page or screen), you should schedule a consultation with the Undergraduate Writing Center instead.
